Rain or Shine! This is an outdoor event just like the days of old at Muscle Beach.

Non-Sanctioned Bodybuilding Show - Open to ALL athletes.  Regardless of Affiliations.

  • Men's Bodybuilding
    • Short
    • Medium
    • Tall
  • Women's Bodybuilding
    • Short
    • Tall
  • Master's Bodybuilding
    • 40 and over
    • 50 and over 
  •  Beach Body Contest
    •  One Class

Music:

  • Contestants may bring a CD preset to a maximum of 90 seconds - If CD is not set, DJ will play substitute music.

Awards:

  • Men's Trophies for 1st 5 places in each class & Overall 
  • Women's Trophies for 1st 5 places in each class & Overall
  • Master's Trophies for 1st 5 places in each class & Overall
  • Beach Body Trophies for 1st 3 places 
  • Best Poser Award
  • Most Muscular Award

Entry Fee: 

  • $20.00 per class - Crossovers welcome! 
  • Proceeds to Benefit United Cerebral Palsy Foundation of Nassau County.
